Dutch, Indonesian, American, British; Ian can truly be described as ethnically confused. As a director, he is equally diverse, working across feature films, award-winning Music Videos, documentaries, branded-content films and TV Commercials for the likes of Sky, BBC, Huawei and Nickelodeon. His debut feature film The Banksy Job had its world premiere at the prestigious Tribeca Film Festival in New York and was listed in The Hollywood Reporter’s selection of best films of the year and it went on to break viewing records for Sky Arts. Ian has been shortlisted for UKMVA's, Shark Kinsale awards and won many awards along the way in a celebrated career spanning over 14 years. His music video "Lost in the Memory" for acclaimed artist Charlie Winston, was selected by Promonews as one of the music videos of the year in 2020.
